We are pleased to introduce the Sampan Club, created to acknowledge the many guests who choose to travel with Sampan more than once. The Club offers returning travellers exclusive savings when they join new journeys and bring others with them.

Since 2015, Sampan has designed bespoke, hand-crafted private journeys in Myanmar.

Following our expansion into India and Bangladesh, we now also operate a series of specialist small-group tours led by recognised experts in their fields — historians, authors, mountaineers, and other practitioners with deep regional knowledge.

In recent years, many travellers have returned to join further Sampan journeys, both in India and Myanmar. To acknowledge this continued support, we are pleased to introduce The Sampan Club.

Member Benefits

Past participants of any Sampan small-group tour are eligible for a 10% discount on forthcoming group departures, subject to the following condition:

• The discount applies when the returning guest or guests make a new booking that includes at least one additional room for new travellers.
• In effect, a minimum of two rooms must be booked:
  • one room for the returning guest(s); and
  • one room for the new guest(s) they bring.
• The accompanying new travellers will also receive a 10% discount.

This structure enables us to welcome returning guests while expanding the circle of travellers who join our expert-led explorations across Myanmar, India, and Bangladesh.
